These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the YourBakery platform, operated by EverLight LLC under the business name GraceWork Market. By creating a store, placing or receiving orders, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview
YourBakery is a digital ordering platform designed to help local bakeries accept and manage orders easily. The service is operated by EverLight LLC, a Pennsylvania-based company doing business as GraceWork Market.
2. Platform Role
GraceWork Market provides a web-based platform that enables bakeries (“Sellers”) to accept orders from their customers (“Buyers”). The platform does not directly provide bakery goods and is not responsible for the fulfillment or quality of any products.
3. Fees and Payments
- A platform fee of 1.99% is applied to all orders submitted through YourBakery.
- If the customer pays by credit card, standard Stripe processing fees also apply (currently 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction).
- For cash orders, only the 1.99% platform fee applies.
- Sellers are responsible for ensuring accurate pricing and timely fulfillment of orders.
4. Ownership and Responsibility
Each bakery is responsible for the content, menu items, pricing, images, and fulfillment practices on their site. YourBakery provides the tools but does not guarantee any particular outcome.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Each Seller may define their own cancellation and refund policy. Buyers should contact the Seller directly to resolve issues. GraceWork Market is not responsible for issuing refunds on behalf of any bakery.
6. Use of Platform
- All users must refrain from misuse of the platform.
- EverLight LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violation of these Terms or unlawful activity.
7. Domain Structure
YourBakery shopfronts are hosted under the graceworkmarket.com domain (e.g., awesomecakes.graceworkmarket.com). This is part of our managed platform infrastructure.
8. Limitation of Liability
GraceWork Market and EverLight LLC are not liable for losses related to product delivery, miscommunications between buyers and sellers, or operational issues at the bakery level.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
